Leasing Check
Easily check your service eligibility

For bicycle retailers:
Leasing Check helps repair shops verify service eligibility for company bike leases in seconds—right in the middle of the process.

What is Leasing Check?

Leasing Check is an independent industry solution designed to quickly review service budgets and contract statuses for company bicycle leasing agreements—right within the workshop workflow.

Retailers can use this to check directly:

  • whether there is an active lease agreement

  • whether service charges may be billed

  • how much budget is available for inspections and wear and tear

The query is made via a standardized interface regardless of the specific leasing provider.

Current situation in the retail sector

In their day-to-day workshop operations, dealers today often have to check multiple portals to see if a service job can be billed through a lease.

Common challenges:

  • Multiple provider portals

  • Lack of transparency regarding budgets

  • Time wasted in the service process

  • Uncertainty regarding billing

Leasing Check addresses exactly these issues.

How does Leasing Check work?
  1. Dealer enters email address or contract number

  2. Leasing Check queries the connected leasing providers

  3. Results are displayed in a standardized format

  4. Optional: Redirect to the leasing provider’s portal

The solution is intentionally kept simple and is based on real-world workshop processes.

At a glance
  • Contract status (active / inactive)

  • Lease term

  • Budgets for inspection and wear and tear

  • Available remaining budgets

  • Bicycle (brand / model)

  • Contract number

Depending on the leasing provider, additional information or direct links to the provider's portal may be provided.

Prototype

Leasing Check is currently in the initial implementation phase as a prototype.

The goal is to work with retailers, leasing providers, and software partners to establish a solution that can be used across the industry.

The current prototype demonstrates how the system is intended to work and serves as a basis for feedback and further development.
